Give yourself a massage with Young Living’s essential oils: Start with 4 tablespoons of V-6 Carrier Oil – or your own personal favorite – and add 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil, 4 drops each of Lemon, Tea Tree (Melaleuca Alternifolia), and Clary Sage, and 3 drops Spruce essential oils. Blend well and work from the soles up toward the calves.
